- Please note, charges are due on the day of your appointment
- An initial consultation is required for all new clients
- Consultations include a skin assessment and a medical history review
- Any treatments and courses booked and paid for in advance are not refundable
Cancellation Policy
- If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible
- We respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. This is to allow sufficient time for the booking to be offered to another person
- We understand events can happen, including being unwell, however clients who regularly or repeatedly cancel with less than 24 hours notice may not be able to re-book in the future
- Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge to cover losses incurred
Our Right to Cancel
Barnstaple Electrolysis Clinic reserve the right to transfer your booking to an alternative date if your treatment cannot be carried out through circumstances beyond our control. If your appointment cannot be fulfilled, you will be contacted by telephone as soon as possible.
